Floyd has worked in consultancy for over 20 years and 22 countries, and enjoys making training courses interactive and lively, whilst also recognizing that ‘effective’ is the paramount quality in the client's mind. He is highly experienced in the area of talent development and management skills development of young to senior level executives. He was Managing Director of PGL Travel, Training Manager at Meta-Morphose International and now Managing Director of FKB Training since 2001. He graduated in ‘Human Studies’ from University of Bradford.
